We are relaunching our search for a Senior Android Mobile Developer with Web Development capabilities for our partner and their end client, who will take ownership of their entire mobile application and deployment pipeline.

The role is for an experienced developer who will work independently, directly interfacing with the client to deliver high-quality solutions.

 

Responsibilities:
– Mobile App development and maintenance
– Optimising performance and bug fixing
– Fixing existing features to improve performance and usability
– Develop new features based on backlog prioritisation
– Modern Android app development using ViewModels, coroutines, Koin (dependency injection)
– Work closely with the WebDev team

Key requirements
Must-have:
– Strong communication and stakeholder communication skills
– Strong Kotlin skills for Android development – 5+ years
– Experience in a leading role in an Android mobile app development project, with responsibility for the app development and maintenance
– Experience with Azure Functions and TypeScript
– Familiarity with React and Node.js is a huge plus to collaborate with the WebDev team

Nice-to-have
– Java, Gradle, Firebase, Contentful

Candidates with relevant experience with both fronts are considered with priority.
