What is Acceptance Testing?

Acceptance testing is formal testing with respect to user needs, requirements, and business processes conducted to determine whether a system satisfies the acceptance criteria and enables the user, customers, or other authorized entity to determine whether to accept the system. It validates the software delivers real business value to stakeholders and performs flawlessly in production environments.

02

Types of Acceptance Testing

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
End users validate functionality against their daily workflows and business processes to ensure the system supports their actual work. END USERS
Business Acceptance Testing (BAT)
Business stakeholders verify the solution meets organizational requirements, objectives, and delivers expected ROI. BUSINESS OWNERS
Regulatory Acceptance Testing
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements before market release or deployment. COMPLIANCE
Contract Acceptance Testing

Our Acceptance Testing Process

1

Requirements Analysis

We analyze business requirements and acceptance criteria to understand what success looks like for your stakeholders.

2

Test Scenario Design

Create realistic test scenarios that mirror actual business workflows and user interactions with your application.

3

Stakeholder Coordination

Facilitate testing sessions with business users, product owners, and key stakeholders to validate functionality.

4

Results and Sign-off

Provide clear documentation of test results and facilitate formal acceptance or identify areas requiring refinement.

04

Why Acceptance Testing Matters

Reduce Post-Launch Issues

Catch requirement gaps and usability problems before they reach production. Our acceptance testing identifies disconnects between what was built and what stakeholders actually need.

Stakeholder Confidence

Business users validate functionality firsthand, building confidence in the solution and reducing resistance to adoption. Clear sign-off criteria eliminate ambiguity about project completion.

Business Value Validation

Verify that technical implementation delivers the intended business value. We ensure your software investment translates into measurable business outcomes.
