Five maturity levels that define quality excellence

Based on industry standards and best practices, we assess where your organization stands and identify the path forward.

Level 1: Initial

Ad-hoc

Testing is reactive, undocumented, and depends on individual knowledge. No standardized processes or metrics.

Level 2: Repeatable

Defined

Basic testing processes exist but vary by team. Some documentation and limited automation coverage.

Level 3: Defined

Standardized

Consistent processes across all teams. Quality metrics tracked and automation framework in place.

Level 4: Managed

Measured

Quantitative management of quality. Predictable results, data-driven decisions, continuous improvement cycles.

Level 5: Optimizing

Leading

Industry-leading practices with focus on innovation. Quality is embedded in organizational culture.
