The rate depends on the seniority of the engineers, how long you commit for, and the mix of manual, automation and specialist work. Longer commitments sit lower in the range.
The first month is a trial. If you are not happy with the first two weeks, they are complimentary. After the first month, either side can end it with 30 days notice, and you keep the test cases, suites and documentation.

With QA outsourcing we run the testing for you. With a dedicated team our engineers work inside your team and your QA lead directs them. Managed testing goes one step further: we own the result.
